During your first Ayurvedic health consultation (In person/online via zoom/skype/phone) your current health status, your imbalances will be examined using various techniques in order to build a personalized program. Nutritional and lifestyle counseling, traditional herbal treatments, as well as therapeutic yoga and meditation instruction.
Following-Up Consultations
(40 minutes for -$125)
Follow-up consultations are very important in Ayurveda. During the follow up sessions review will be made and required changes will be done in terms of diet, lifestyle, and seasonal changes to improve the healing process.
