Refunds & Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with Ayurveda Healing Spa. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Refunds: You have 30 calendar days to request a refund from the date you received the item. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Returns: To return an item, please email us at apatki@ayurvedahealingspa.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Damaged Items: If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at apatki@ayurvedahealingspa.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund.
