This balancing and restorative therapy focues on three individual energy centers: Prana (life force), Ojas (immunity power), and Tejas (transformation capacity). The flow of energy throughout the body is through each chakra energy center. In the emotional body we open, enhance, and balance the energy which allows the universal life force to flow into the physical body.
