Series includes 3 sessions with Aruna Patki, designed to help the practitioner deepen and strengthen the practice of meditation or concentration.
Breathing techniques and traditional chants and yogic meditation techniques will help to Relax and De-stress and calms the hyper active nature and behaviour of the practitioner.
All 3 sessions will be of one session per week for 3 consecutive weeks, must be finished.
